What "sale" or "sharing" means here

We do not sell your personal information for money. But when you request a quote, we share the details you submit with one or more solar partners so they can contact you — and some state laws treat that kind of partner-matching as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not share your information in the background; it is shared only when you choose to submit a quote request.

How to opt out

You have a few options:

• Don't submit a quote request. Because we only share your information when you ask us to connect you with a partner, simply not submitting the form means we don't share it.
• Already submitted a request? Email hello@panelperks.com with "Do Not Sell or Share" and the name, email, and phone number you used. We will stop sharing your information going forward and, if you ask, delete it.
• You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf where the law permits; we may ask the agent for proof of authorization.

Your other privacy rights

Depending on your state, you may also have the right to know, access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
